It isn't strange, that attitudes change. Sometimes mine goes up and down, especially when my face starts to frown. Facing up poetically can be hard, but at least it's a start.

We are gathered here today
and we do care what others say
so it would be wise not to
go along with any negative decay
however sometimes people
feel this way
but feelings don't stay
Less downs means less gray
It might help some to pray
each and every day

When we're at our worse
we maybe should stay away
from writing our verse
however letting in all out
seems to be part of our curse
It's kind of fun being together
so who wants to disperse

Turn on the lights roaches scatter
some people do when things are to matter
Verse brings in other eyes
some of their respones maybe a surprise
Hopefully there won't be any bullshit
in disguise
but wherever people gather it flies
Regardless we should still
come together
and do our best with the stormy weather
basically remain poets of a feather

Me too...I always write things out to try to feel better & while sometimes it does help, other times I just can't get past it...but this write explains to us all how well writing things down can help...Ed
