It only takes but a few words to explain all and done very well Christine, the picture in itself says more than words can say.
Very good!

I appreciate this vivid haiku, and am swept out to see those bereft of freedom alluded to in its cool lines. Evocative and emotive...
Nicely penned, Christine.

Dear Christine,
This is a lovely poetic haiku.
I love the sea.
It's where you go to.
It heals us when your sad and blue.
But we should never forget.
The oceans changing tides.
For The Lord God knows our pain.
He knows all of us deep down inside.
Peace, love and blessings,

A stirring poem that grips the heart and breaks the soul and one that begs for a reply of sorts....
Heart mirrored image
left him the way she found him
drowning far from shore |

| Nice senryu, Christine, and great picture to go with it. The angel sans wings and tearful, with a broken heart is enough to make the reader sad. Yep. Ya did good here. |
