You can't forget the first one you fell in love with, Especially if she was the one Who taught you what love was to begin with. She who watched your sad eyes begging her to never go. She who'll never see the walks of dawn and night Or hear the sound of her own name Whispered in places she'll never be, Or the flights down streets of silence and shadow Far away from people laughing, embracing... The ride back to somewhere you'll find her not for you. You can never forget the first one you fell in love with Because there are things you want to remember. Hurtful, happy things... Misty memories of the best times of your life.
