| I've heard the term but now see the beauty of this triolet form, Richard, breathed in both words and sentiment. Such a perfect style for your message and I love the metre and rhythm which sets up such a strong sense of ascent and conquering. This is indeed a pillar of a poem in the Temple of God. Great work, thank you, Kate xx |

...a resonant reverie of spirituality... formally, how like a villanelle, contextually your content is potent as a rising swell... and an ending that takes us well beyond who can tell... sweet verses indeed.

An eagle stretches it's wings to the sky
It's there where the beauty lies
Through the canyons on high
Echoes a windy cry.
Once clearly seen by the eye
The beholder can not deny
Speechless, the lips remain dry.

| Wow this reads so nicely and is beautiful. When you can truly relax in nature, it does have that ability to humble you and inspire. I think you are fortunate to live near some breathtaking scenery. Awesome r. |

This poem is such an inspiration for me, not only the subject matter but the form, structure, and most of all the artistry and spirituality! Bravo Richard!
