several disparate images inform the essence of this articulate poem, but the ending sticks in my craw... probably because I prefer George Harrison's perspective as delineated so carefully in his song "Behind that Locked Door"... he says, "So, let out your heart, please, please... from behind that locked door..." You see, Debby, to me it is more a matter of release... perhaps catch and release... to use a fishing term. I catch my heart or catch up with it because it often runs ahead of me, and then I release it again to give freely of itself as others have need... then when it runs out, I catch it again and let the cosmic power of love fill it up, or refill it... so, let out your heart, please, please... from behind that locked door...

Interesting thoughts these...

I've been wondering why I've been hit by the "clumsys", too, Debby, so thanks for the perfect excuse! Now I know that the world is shifting, rather than me being the one that's misaligned. Love the positivity here and the image which backdrops your words is perfect. Polar tensions for certain sure. xx
