Cosmic Cultivation And Harvest

A teacher affects eternity; he can never tell where his influence stops.
~Henry Brooks Adams~

~Cosmic Cultivation And Harvest~

Border fringe of heaven, above the earth thru skies
Energy of eons........streaks of lightening fly
Atmosphere aborted, archive dim to sight
Seeded timeless embryo..... nucleus of night

Loftiest comportment, locked before release
Cradled ancient infancy, by nubula of fleece
Immersed in contemplations, heard by words unknown
Infused with endless hunger...for an earthly home

Heart of star now beating, visioned eyes now wide
Tremble footsteps leading..thru meteors collide
Citizens of comos...immigrants to earth
Mascarade existence.....humanity's true worth

Mingled with the masses, by mountain, sea, and shore
Summits of achievements, beyond the heights and more
Inventors, poets, scholars, artists....healers for the lame
Historians of folly, magnificence, and fame

When their time is over, touching all they can
White lightening claims their spirits, no longer vesseled man
Roaring heavens, cry "Come Home! Your task on earth is through!"
We are the gifts of harvest light...the ancients tended to

Loved this: "Cradled ancient infancy"---Yaowza! Honey sweet!

You have such a gift. I loved this poem. The quote is so true and accents the piece quite well. Your graphic looks like my headaches..lol--I love that pic. Excellent work. A ++ (pretend we are on ebay)
