A story I wrote way back in my teaching days.....illustration was done by my son, then 9 years old...

One little ant went out to play
He didn't know it was a rainy day
One little ant went back inside
for the umbrella so under it he could hide
One little ant went out to play
But the umbrella got in his way
One little ant said to himself
Why always hide when it's raining out?
One little ant stood in the rain
He decided he needed a change
One little ant tossed the umbrella aside
And off he ran to have a good time.

Oh, my, Bear Paw, I think I saw this very ant on the beach here in San Diego just yesterday! I watched fascinated as he kicked off his shoes and went splashing in the rolling surf, obviously having the time of his life. And everyone watching had a good time, too.

A lovely little story with profound implications.

Very cute story. Maybe I should have let your son illustrate my baby dragon.
