What a sweet story. My mom tells me I used to be fascinated with baby skunks when I was little as they and their mama lived in our backyard and I called the babies "kittens". I still have a painting she'd done of a little me playing with them.
Thanks for writing this,
Rose |

Hi Ed,
Read your story and it brought to mind a picture that has floated around for the past couple of years. It is of a momma cat and four or five baby skunks. She took also them in and raised them.
Cute story. Having done skunk rescue and rehab, I am very fond of the skunk. Thanks you for your writing. |

Real nice story. A stinkin'Easter miracle, perhaps. It's so nice to believe in the good of some people these days.

Ed,
Yes, he is cuter than the Easter Bunny and I bet not so fertile. But then I don't know the reproduction rate of a skunk. However, I'm sure you'll let us know in yet another wonderful animal tale.

| Cute Ed, seems the only time I see or smell skunks is after they have tried to cross a road & then became part of the road...and my worst fear is that of Rufuz scaring one up and getting sprayed, as I have no idea what to do to get him clean and "skunk stunk" free...LOL! Enjoyed more knowledge from your life with animals...Ed |
