John that poem really ministered to me today, and inspires
me to take a leap of faith, to believe what God says about
my future!!! Thank you John and may God, continue to inspire
and sustain you in all that, you put your hands to do. |

So true. I belive fear is the absence of God.
When were in fear we are not with God. When were with God were not in fear.

This is so true. I believe that so many people confuse uncertainty with fear. Fear is certainly the opposite of faith. Heart touching.

Domino, how beautifully stated. I love it.To fear is a lack of faith.
I also must tell you I was touched to hear you're opening intro. "To the world you may be one person, but to one person you may be the world. |

Rational, versus irrational fear. Reasonable, versus what...unreasonable fear. In the right doses, at the right time, it can be a good thing, a life preserver of sorts. Good scriptural references to the subject. Thanks John!

| Thank you for posting this beautiful work. If ever I needed to hear these words...it is now... For some reason, I have been "afraid" all my life...of silly things... heights, water, dark, men... and altho I never show that fear...I've prayed for years that the Lord would release me from this fear.... surely, it's a childhood thing...but I also know that I love God more than life itself...and I would not survive without His carrying me from one place to another... I even have a chapter on Fear in my book....because this is something that so many people carry with them most of their lives... Makes one wonder? I truly enjoy your work, but this one was great and hit home. thank you, Lindalaw |
