When Cain shed the blood of innocence by killing Abel, the Lord pronounced a curse upon the land, which “opened its mouth to receive your brother’s blood for your hand”.

 

Today in America, every single one of us including myself is directly or indirectly responsible for murdering over 50,000,000 unborn babies in the name of “Choice”. We are presently slaughtering over 4,000 innocent victims each and every day within America at the altar of Satan. For 35-years we have been building up sin upon sin and judgment is at the door of this nation. Irrespective if we directly participated in an abortion ourselves or we have sat idle in our apathetic indifference to the policies of this nation to support these abortion mills, we are ALL guilty. 

 

As with the citizens that lived near the concentration camps during WWII in Germany, observing the billows of smoke raised from the furnaces during the Holocaust, today a greater Holocaust goes on every day within our cities for the past 35-years. As with German citizens that lived near these camps, they were made to walk through the concentration camps by the allies to view up front and close the sins of their leaders.

 

Some day each and everyone of us will stand before the Lord of the Universe – amongst the backdrop of over 50,000,000 slaughtered babies that we failed to rescue.

 

 

Like the nations that the LORD makes to perish before you, so you shall perish; because you would not listen to the voice of the LORD your God.

 

We were once a nation blessed by God. We were once a nation that embraced a Biblical morality that set the foundations of our government’s leadership, our policies, our laws, and the acceptable norms by which we operated in within our society. We have abandoned those principles of morality for a secular morality of lies and relativism that has blurred the lines of right and wrong and whose promises of freedom has resulted in the destruction our nation, our people, and our society. We have defiled ourselves before the Lord of the Universe.

 

The sin of relativism has given birth to Judicial Tyranny and Political Corruption whose false light of “Progressive Ideologies” have given fruit to sin, disease, death, and judgment upon our people.   The compromise of sin is so prevalent within our nation that many churches have abandoned the foundational teachings of God and morality to a doctrine that is politically acceptable and non-offensive. Beware and Repent America!! The Lord is a loving God but is also one of great judgment and wrath. 

 

Look around you and consider the following scripture very carefully…

 

 

What we are witnessing today within our land is parallel to the Biblical examples of ancient Israel when they departed from the moral principles and teachings of God. Read for yourself 1-Kings, 2-Kings, 1-Chronicles, and 2-Chronicles. The nation of Israel became so polluted in sin that the Lord could not distinguish them from their enemies.

I humbly implore you to consider the following three scriptures very carefully and prayerfully in advance of this prayer.

 

 

 

 

 

Dear Father in Heaven,

 

Please forgive us.   As I consider the moral condition of this nation, I tremble greatly at the thought of your righteous judgment and wrath. Your hand is held high to strike this nation, yet we are oblivious to that reality. We are reaping as a nation the sin that we have sown and are without excuse. We have rebelled against you and you only Lord by our iniquities and have added sin upon sin within our nation. We are guilty of embracing every form of deviant behavior in direct rebellion to your Word. 

 

There is not one of us who could stand before you without the verdict of guilty being passed amongst us. Furthermore, we are just as guilty for sitting idle in lazy indifference and apathy as those who have orchestrated the actual actions of wickedness and iniquity within this nation. 

 

Lord, the cries of the slaughtered unborn surround your throne. It is the innocent blood that continues to pour out amongst this land that cries out to you for justice. We are all guilty of this innocent blood and deserve your judgment. Hell would be too good a place for us Lord, as I consider this great sin. 

 

Yet Lord, within all this corruption and wickedness, I know that you stand there waiting for the people of this nation to come to their senses and return to you. Lord, as with King David, although our sins are scarlet and stench to high heaven in our filth, if you wash us, we would be whiter than snow (Psalms 51). Therefore I seek your face, your grace, and your mercy. We come before your throne Lord, without excuse, and without hope unless you have mercy on us.

 

Lord there is so many within this nation who is blinded to the judgment that is being exacted upon us by your righteous and holy hand. Lord, please remove the blindness of our heart so we may see you clearly and without obstruction.   Lord, allow the reality of our sin to cut to hearts of our people. I beseech you that those who are blinded by Satan’s lies would see sin at though your eyes.   I pray that they would be mortified and cut to their heart unto weeping, wailing, and repentance.

 

Lord we repent of our sins, individually and on behalf of our nation. Lord, forgive us for having one foot within the world and one foot within our religious pretenses. Kick the fence Lord!! Force those who are on the fence to fall into either side. I pray for those who are for you to stand with you, committed to the fight, with perseverance and steadfast obedience to your Word. Restore us with a pure heart of faithfulness and reverent fear as we consider your holiness. Open the doors of heaven and pour out the Holy Spirit to break down these strongholds of spiritual blindness and indifference throughout this nation. Redeem us from the pit of hell and establish your presence once again amongst your people.
