Yob Culture, Englishmen, Foreigners, Police Officers and Prison Yards; one of them is your Worse Enemy; but not the one that you think.

On their way to meet with a Holy Man in The Anfield Man, an Englishman, a Spaniard and a local celebrity found themselves stranded by a wayside. Their car had broken down in a dangerous, isolated place. What could happen to them they did not know. Eight men in a caravan – 3 Germans, 2 Italians, a Scot, an Irishman, and a Frenchman – soon came round and told them that they could have been killed. They were all Football Supporters and would later start talking about the Beautiful Game.

During the course of conversation, one of the Germans, a Bayern Munich Supporter, fell off laughing at the Spaniard, an ex-player of Real Madrid, and the Englishman, who was a Liverpool Supporter. The two had failed to read a small sky blue pamphlet that was given to them at the airport when they were entering the country.

“Is it a problem, if I choose not to read a pamphlet?”, the Englishman had asked.

“I tell you this”, the laughing German would tell the Englishman later. “Once you come to realise what’s in it, you will no longer choose not to read a small pamphlet for the rest of your life.”

Here in England, we are only days into a new year. Yet we’ve already heard the heart rending pleas of a trembling Englishwoman. THREE TEENAGERS had killed her husband and left her three little children without a father. About 20 teenagers were knifed to death last year in London alone. In addition to all that, a 22-year-old man kicked a 60-year-old woman to the ground and repeatedly stamped on her, until her face caved in. She had refused to give the 22-year-old a cigarette. Surgeons had to use 4 Metal Plates to reconstruct her face. Now the British Home Secretary has come out and said that she is SCARED to go out on her own at night in certain areas of London.

The current Penal Code is THE PROBLEM. It can demoralise any Police Officer. For a Police Officer can work extremely hard for months or years to catch a Crime Perpetrator, only to find the Crime Perpetrator is to serve only a few weeks or months in Prison; and then get out of Prison to commit yet more Crime. The aforementioned 22-year-old that stamped on a 60-year-old till her face caved in is a prime example: He had taken part in the killing of someone and had been freed early from Prison.

PREVENTION is better than CURE. Yet the Philosophy behind the current Penal Code – especially, the Prison System - is to CURE the Crime Perpetrator by way of Punishment. It has failed; and is still failing.

In the land of The Anfield Man, there is not a single Prison Yard.

The Englishman was a Liverpool Supporter. And he had travelled to the country because of something that another Englishman, a Manchester United Supporter, wanted. The two soon got caught up in a fight and they were arrested. The Englishman was staggered when his eyes fell on what was called the Police Station. It was the most Beautiful Police Station he’d ever seen anywhere in the world; and torture was not allowed in its confines. Yet the cells were empty. No one wanted to attack another human and be taken anywhere near the Beautiful Police Station. No one wanted to look drunk and disorderly in the public place to be taken anywhere near the Beautiful Police Station. No one wanted to break into another person’s home and be taken anywhere near the Beautiful Police Station.

“Why is that?”, the Englishman would later ask a Salt Factory Millionaire in the land, who had just become a Supporter of Liverpool Football Club, and had only gone to the Beautiful Police Station to bail his fellow Liverpool Supporter.

The Englishman soon came to realise why the German had laughed at him and the Spaniard earlier. The Philosophy behind the Beautiful Police Station was the one and only reason why the cells were empty. No one wanted to commit Crime in the land and be taken anywhere near it. Had the Englishman read the small sky blue pamphlet that was given to him at the airport, he would have been as careful as anyone else in the land. Hence the German fell off laughing at him and the Spaniard, when he realised neither of them had bothered to read the small sky blue pamphlet.

The Beautiful Police Station was the philosophical creation of a Holy Man, who wanted nothing but good for all of mankind, in The Anfield Man.

No human is Naturally Good or Naturally Bad, the Holy Man had since realised. Our ways and conducts are governed by prevailing philosophies. Get the philosophies right and everything will fall in place for everyone to feel relatively safe and happy; no matter how difficult at the start. Get the philosophies wrong and matters will go from BAD to WORSE, no matter how easy it looks at the beginning. Hence the Prison System FOOLED everybody at the start, and then started CHURNING OUT hardened criminals in their thousands as time went by.

What is letting EVERYBODY down is not Englishmen, Foreigners, the Government, or the Police. The current Penal Code System is the overwhelming PROBLEM by far and our ENEMY NUMBER ONE. There is a much better way of protecting people; AND it is relatively cheaper for the Tax Payer.

It is Absolutely Fantastic that a Senior Politician like the HOME SECRETARY in Britain has come out and told the truth that she is SCARED to go out on her own at night in certain areas of London. I hope the SINCERITY OF THE HOME SECRETARY will galvanize us all to look once again at a Penal Code System that is not only way, way out of date, ridiculously expensive, and a danger to all of mankind, but has always been a damaged ship before leaving port. It was bound to sink as time went by.

We can live in a better Society than what we have now. And, as the Englishman discovered on his travels in The Anfield Man, we can do it without the horribly EXPENSIVE and terribly INEFFECTIVE Prison System.

The current Penal Code is the Enemy not the Police or the Government. It is thus in our own best interests to leave Police Officers alone and focus on getting our politicians to kill the Prison System instead. Our children, and their children’s children, will come to thank us for it. LET ME TELL YOU WHY:

IN THE LAND of the Anfield Man, the State owes you, as Tax Payer. You have paid for a good in advance. And what the Sate owes you is a duty to prevent you from becoming a VICTIM of Crime. Consequently, once YOU become a Victim of Crime, the State’s main focus of attention will turn immediately to what you BECOME OWED as the Victim of a Crime, which the State had FAILED to prevent from occurring. You'll be amazed how it works! You'll be amazed by how cheaper the system is for the Tax Payer! You’ll be amazed by how you’ll be paid as a Victim of Crime. You'll be amazed by how it is - by far - better than the Prison System! You'll be amazed by how it stops even the most hardened of Criminals to commit no more than 5 Crimes in all his life's time! And, above all, you’ll be amazed by HOW IT PREVENTS CRIME!
