This is similar to the Western fruit smoothie and is a popular drink all over Indian during the summer.
Serves 4
• 2 cups canned sweetened mango
pulp or well ripened mango pieces
• 2 cups plain yogurt
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• ¼ teaspoon salt
• 1 cup crushed ice
Place all the ingredients in the blender and process until frothy.
