Since starting my  new teaching position in August, my life has taken a 180 degrees turn.  I allow myself to get easily stressed, I come home everyday belly aching about this or that, driving my poor husband crazy.  Well, today I had a heart to heart talk with me, myself and I.  The three of  us decided enough is enough.   We came to the conclusion:  There is not much we can do to change what is going on, but what we  can do is to change our thinking.  We decided from now on we will focus on the positives in our lives.

As of today I will make time to do what I like: Namely writing.  I  will  take a deep breath when things gets tough, I will, I will resign to be my own best friend by taking care of my thoughts.  No need to stress over things completely out of my control.

Today I am totally renewed.  I am ready to conquer all !
