"I've come to the realization as an author, our books are like new born babies." We nurture them along, feeding them with more words as we go. We watch them grow, and lay them to rest on our internet sites.
We look forward to seeing them mature, into wonderful individual creations, each unique in their own way. We are proud parents of our babies, our individual creations. Proud of their accomplishments, when being given a show of approval, or recognition. Rather it be from a avid reader, or from fellow authors out there.
I love to write fiction, I glow with pride when one of my babies or creations have been met with approval . When you think about it, our books are like our children, if we approach them with a loving care and patience and let our imagination take us where it will. Hopefully in the end we will have written something you our readers will enjoy. "Oops, I had better go." I have to check on my new born! "My newborn book that is." "Best Wishes to you, I truly hope you'll enjoy my fictional works."
