Hip Hop Dance Class a Challenging And Funnny Way to a Successful Fitness Story, details a mother's journey of participating in an adult hip hop class in her daughters' dance studio.

 

I was coerced into taking an all women's Hip Hop class at my daughters' dance studio.

We started with eight women ranging in age from their early forties to early fifties. It was a dance class where we were taught dance moves that are bodies were not meant to do.
