For centuries, the remains of Africa has now become a popular destination for tourist, people coming from the west all the way to the south in other to explore the remains of an ones great empire. Egypt the mother of civilization, whose reign was heard across the Atlantic but, was destroyed in the red sea now lay at its grave leaving explorer to crave there way through its ones secret ground. The 53 nations of Africa counting from Nigeria in the west, Angola in the south, Ethiopia in the east and Egypt in the north, all these nations although slightly different in their cultural ways still represent the commonly known Africa to the rest of the world. Economically, the value of the African currency continues to drop as more and more investors withdraw there money from these regions due to the continued civil war that was and are still taking place in some areas.
Nigeria, the most populous black nation in Africa, who ones was prosperous economically through the export of raw material such as cocoa, yam, rice and other diary product, drastically reduce the export of these product when the westerners came and discover minerals on some part of the country, ever since then, the country as shifted its main source of income to the export of petroleum and other mineral resources. Farmers have been deprived the support of the federal or state government in other to finance their product, government officials being corrupted by the spoil of there own nation, but those who stay away from politics are no where near the distribution of the oil wealth. Tribes fighting against one another, royal majesties forsaking their royal duties and using there position to claim shares from oil companies, all of these come about because even the people have began to forget their old ways, their believes and their way of life. But who is to be blamed? The western investors or the people themselves? If we are to begin pointing fingers, years will pass and the question will still be asked.
The rebuilding of African nations is therefore essential in other to ensure social tranquility and to restore the fundamental belief of all Africans. Whether we are blacks or white, Africans or foreigners, the rebuilding of Africa will serve as a reminder of our forgotten history, and for those who belief that Africa is the start of modern civilization, it is therefore vital that these nations, who the bible even describe as a great nation, should once again stand tall and proud and be the foundation of all who wants to travel back in time.
