Things You'll Need:
- Essential oils of :Ravensara, Ravintsara, Tea Tree and or Lemon Tea Tree, Lavender, Lemon Myrtle, Cedarwood, Pine, Lemon Eucalyptus, and/ or Cinnamon Bark.
- Aloe Vera Gel
- Other oils you can use are Thyme Linalol, Eucalyptus smithii, Thyme Thujanol, Eucalyptus Lemon, Lavendula Angustifolia, Clove, Cinnamon leaf and other anti-bacterial or anti-viral essential oils.
- Vitamin C, Zinc , multivitamin
- drink green tea, cranberry juice
- eat garlic
