For a long time I only wrote verse, never hardly cared about doing the spoken word. However on my AD site everyone kept saying that my verse sounded like rap, so it finally sunk in, I dared to cross the line.
After crossing the line I haven't looked back, I love what I do, even the bad. Most of my poetic rap is on Youtube, www.youtube.com/transamone . Some even expressed their hate for the rap art and attacked me personally but this wasn't anything new to me, I was attacked when I first joined Ad by some haters because of my style of versing, which basically is about life. Haters use to get to me but I finally grew up, to them I say get a life and let the door knob hit you where the good Lord split you. Anyway some of my friends thought I left Ad because of the criticism but actually I left to face my new challenge, which is being a poetic rapper. opg

Poetry...Rap...or whatever, Grady...I always enjoyed your works. Good to know you are continuing; sorry to know you are leaving AD.
Blessings and Love - Micke
(I'm not writing here myself right now, but that is due to health problems. Had to say "HI" to you, 'tho!) |
