As energy increases mass is reduced and vice versa. Energy at the speed of light cannot sustain mass as we know it. This, in a nutshell, is Einstein's 'special relativity'.

Einstein's 'special relativity' is more than a mathematical concept, it is an ongoing spectacle that we engage like an on/off switch. The reason we are not conscious of this recurrent spectacle is essentially because of the rigidity of our thinking. It is necessary to understand that by returning constantly to the speed of light we are actually disappearing, and, because we still observe ourselves as solid we should recognize that this solidity is due to the on/off vibration created by the back and forth motion (a movie effect). But, to understand our universal source completely we have to go beyond the speed of light altogether. This is necessary because, although mass (physical stuff) is undifferentiated at the speed of light there still remains the energy of transformation and so the point that defines the speed of light is not an end-point in itself. The end-point or the point of return happens when energy has run its course to nothing; that point when mass is completely annihilated. This is the true beginning of everything; the point that we constantly return to and propagate from. We engage this re-occurrence as often as necessary to meet the demands of our insistence that energy (or illusion) is real. When we come to understand the relationship between energy and mass we will see ourselves in a completely different way.
