EmbarQ Corporation awards Amy Sellers and the Out of the Rain Society, Inc. a Grant Check to help children and families affected by AUTISM. Amy donates childrens books to EmbarQ for their Reading-to-the-children program.
On Thursday, April 5, 2007, Apopka My Town Magazine had the privilege of covering an exclusive charitable donation event and photo opportunity.
EmbarQ Corporation awarded Amy Sellers a grant to the Out of the Rain Society, Inc. Assisting Chilren and Familis Affected by Autism.

Amy Sellers is an author, illustrator and publisher. She donates the proceeds from her art and chidlren's books to autism charities. In March of 2005 she founded the Out of the Rain Society, Inc. Assisting Chilren and Familis Affected by Autism.
Ms. Sellers will continue to provide Embarq with children's books. Many of the employees of Embarq donate their time and efforts in local area schools. Their willingness to mentor to children and read to them has been a tradition that many hope will continue!
