Shares personal experiences and thoughts of domestic abuse/violence. Gives advice especially to young women on how to identify an abuser.
At some point in your life, you must come to the realization that you cannot just sit passively by and not contribute or be a factor in the lives of those with whom you share a destiny. There are so many wounded, hurting sisters sitting quietly in our churches, and smothering who they really are.
This is not a book about a man. It is about the deception of the enemy. The devil has deceived so many women into thinking they must suffer abuse in silence. It is my prayer that someone will be liberated by reading this book and walk in the gifts and anointig of the Holy Ghost.
No marriage should rob either spouse of his/her individuality, or uniqueness. When you know who you are ih Christ, you can achieve the type of relaqtionships God has ordained for you...
When you are in emotional and mental pain you are in distress and in bondage to something that is contrary to the Word of God. We sometimes become so consumed by what is happening in our lives that we fail to seek direction from God.
You must forgive! Get rid of the malice, the anger, the bitterness, the pain and resentment. When there is infection in your body, it will find a way to rid iteself of that infection......In the spiritual realm...The Holy Spirit will war against invading, foreign substances.
Being saved will prepare you for heaven and it will also prepare you for living. You are God's jewel; His treasured possession. I know Howard the coward thought you were a punching bag. Separate yourself and do not go back to that....You have to love God and yourself first and then you will learn to love others with God's agape love.
For years I felt I would betray a trust if I spoke out....Through prayer and wise counseling you will be freed...Do not let the enemy hold you captive. You are not alone. FIND THE WAY OUT! "I SHALL NOT DIE, BUT LIVE AND DECLARE THE WORKS OF THE LORD." (Psalms 118:17)
