Until we can get a handle on trade Jobs will continue to decline in the US.Trade needs to be revamped, tariffs need to be put in place, and incentives brought home for American industry. Americans need to build things in America. Black Friday, Small business Saturday,Cyber Monday while well intentioned, were a sham, because the majority of goods for sale are not made in America. Overseas markets have taken advantage of our inequality in trade for many years, and it has almost destroyed this country. We have become a nation that can't wait for the next unemployment check instead of a nation of contributing citizens. In 1968 a five thousand dollar Lincoln Continental built in America cost eleven thousand dollars in Japan. While serving overseas,I knew that was not right, and I knew one day America would pay a heavy price for this inequality.
Unfortunately that day has come.
