Dave has developed a method of assessing level crossing (Nairn's) profiles in accordance with HSE guidlines. NAPIER is a new method of assessing level crossing profiles (Nairn's) in accordance with HSE guidlines. This engineering paper details the importance of checking level crossing profiles and uses case studies to demonstrate how NAPIER works.
