Is one of your New Year goals losing weight? If your answer is yes, congratulations. We must master ourselves before we can master anything. Losing weight isn't rocket science. Everyone whose intentions are to stay fit, and look great, should be concern. Food consumptions should be where we all begin. The most recent research has proven that eating four to five small meals each day is the most effective method. Here the emphasis is on "small." This is three "small meals", every three to four hours, and two "small snacks" between. My cookbook, Fabulous Foods: Fun Flavors, contain a wide variety of healthy, flavorful, delicious and filling recipes. Diets that restrict particular foods don't work. And the ones that work; work only temporarily; eventually you will regain the weight.
Nothing is restricted in Fabulous Foods: Fun Flavors,. I only suggest eliminating unnecessary fats--animal fats, and reducing salt and your sugar intake. For your small meals to work and for your diet to last, you must keep yourselves occupied and productive between meals. Speak to your doctor about appropriate excercises. If you are not humgry, at snack time, don't have a snack; find something interesting to do. Eating out of boredom, or nervous eating patterns are very destructive. Once you began these small meals and the fat, sugar and salt reduction,you will have a successful plan. Implement the great recipes inside Fabulous Foods: Fun Flavors. Mix the very healthy, with the less healthy, to avoid craving any food. When you mix like this, you create a fair and realistic balance, You will also balance your grocery spending, mixing your food in this fashion.
I can honestly speak to you about losing weight, and staying fit. Because I have been practicing these habits for over thirty years. Believe me I am fully aware of what works, and what is a waste of time. "No," I am not naturally thin, It takes effort. There are times I have gone without excercise and still lose weight. This is how convince I am that these tips will help you. Not only that I stay in shape, I feel good, and look years youger than my age. My daughter is already in law school. However, excercise will excelerate weight loss progress. And beside, it is great for warding of diseases. Since I work from home, I now excercise regularly. So much of the commercial world forgets that we are mind, body and spirit. Found that the best way that takes off not fat, but toxins that make us fat, is to focus on our minds, and our magnificent created "Body-By-God". When we eat the right foods, the body takes care of itself. When we put the right things in our minds or write the things that bless others as you have in your Authorsden page, then the mind feeds the spirit, and the spirit is at peace in the body.
Any negative entity or idea that enters our minds effects our cells. This is what people need to be aware of. Thank you Marcia for championing that awareness!
