We all have one thing in common. The one thing is: In order to survive, we must maintain fabulous health. Not everyone is fortunate enough to maintain great health. Achieving the goals of keeping fit and becoming healthy, is the first step. We have to do all the necessary things to maintain our physical well-beings. Dieting is not just about fitting into good looking clothings. Our eating habits are diets. There are good diets, and there are bad diets. Overeating too much of the wrong foods, or omitting even a single food group, is a bad diet. While eating fabulous and incorporating all the necessary food groups is a good diet.
