One powerful success habit is adaptability- the ability to handle change effectively because life is change. Ch-Cha- Chaaaange. The one thing we can count on for sure- is change. However, most of us naturally have some resistance to change. Our ego selves scream, “wait, hold on, I don’ t like this…” Then we dig in our heels and resist. If we spend a long time in resistance, we hinder self-growth.
Exercise: Reflect on how you approach changes. Ask- how is this change beneficial? Ask- how can I assimilate and adjust most effectively? Ask- what empowering decisions to I need to make? Ask- what do I need to ignore- after all we are the ceo’s of our own lives- and not the master of the universe some things really are not our business.
