I have been scammed, rejected, and spent a small fortune in search of a literary agency that might represent my second book.

"The Backside of Yesterday" is now in the possesion of a major literary agency. After six months of failure and fraud, I now stand a 50-50 chance. All my friends dream in wide screen and technicolor, I dream in black and white. It is too easy to get your hopes up in this very difficult business. I stand a chance of being published by a major company, or I am no better or worse off than I was before. A tough outer skin helps.
