I have found that love is more than a feeling.
It is a deep commitment to faith , a person
or to a cause that we feel passionate about.
Love is real when it has been tested
by mis-understandings or going through
hard times and persevering.
In speaking of love in terms of faith, I have found that
I have learned more in times of pain and looking at
myself honestly than itn times of joy. Does that mean we should
look for pain and even try and invent way to inflict pain on oursleves?
Of course not. Life gives each of us enough challenges as it is.
Does this mean that loving means your always in pain?
No, just the opposite. When times are great the joy is overwhelming and
wonderful! In the hard times the joy is more subdued, but no less there.
There is a sense of being secure and knowing what you believe and
in knowing no matter what your love for your faith will pull youi through.
There is love in your heart and soul that will never leave.
