Relaxing

How to relax.

We are the result of our thoughts. Our thoughts can make us high and they can make us sad, we can think ourselves into an ulcer, even the process of cancer is affected by our thoughts. Thoughts causes our blood pressure to rise and fall.

If we encourage positive thoughts of love, joy, peace, tranquility, and relaxation, we will begin to feel a deeper sense of happiness and peace of mind.

We all have an abundant river of love, joy, peace, and happiness flowing deep within us.

Now, think of the trees blowing in the wind, the birds singing endless happy songs. Take a deep breath and let it out slowly, drop your shoulders like a rag doll, then relax your whole body as if you were a rag doll also, and continue thinking pleasant thoughts.

Relaxation begins with our thoughts. If we practice this exercise on a daily basis, more than once per day, we will feel a peace of mind; we would never imagine.

Remember, your heavenly father takes care of the birds and the animals, so, taking care of you and your problems is easy for Him...just leave them on His shoulders.
