? If a Family of Four is Killed in an Accident, Caused by a Speeding Police Car, Rushing to Save a Solitary Store Owner, with a Gun in his Face ... is it OK ???
Does RISK Outweigh PRIORITY?

The LACK Thereof ...

Have you ever noticed how many ‘Cop’ Cars -
Rush MADLY To a Crime Scene?
On Monday, I was heading South on Harford Road ...
One - then Two - almost touching each other ...
Speeding North with Flashing Lights but NO Sirens!
No Real Warning to innocent ‘Rush-Hour’ Motorists ...
Then, a Fourth - Fifth - Endangering OTHER LIVES!
Exactly What Crime was So Important?
Last Fall, I experienced the same thing, only ...
It was Route 702, Southeastern Expressway ...
A Dead End Peninsula going South -
And that’s how ‘they’ 8 - EIGHT- Cars I counted, were headed!
No ‘Big Businesses’ Anywhere in the Area!
What was So Important?
Don’t they have ‘Walkie-Talkies’?
Does ‘Dispatch’ still say: “Calling All Cars”?
Don’t ‘they’ communicate with one another?
Don’t ‘they’ have Eyes?
Why Jeopardize the Lives of so many Other Drivers?
Are ‘they’ All - So Damned Bored?
I DON’T THINK SO!

|I don't know Tom. I do vaguely remember a freind of mine getting an interesting speeding ticket back in the sixties. It was for speeding and passing two police cars whilel they were in a high speed pursuit of a stolen car back in Brooklyn.(He was late for a date). They got his plate number and tracked him down. The cops told him it was a FIRST. He told me that the date was worth it, made a copy of the ticket it and had it framed. Go figah.|
