Food banks

                                           Food banks

COMING monsoons can harm cultivation and increase people’s miseries. However, as various welfare organisations and NGOs, along with government and foreign donors, are expected to take part in helping flood-hit people, here are some tips: First, they must make contingency plans before rains and floods hit the people.

A food bank should be created with the help of our industrialists and business communities, along with Non-Governmental Organisations and other international welfare agencies, including the World Food Organisation, Unicef, and United Nations Development Programme, etc.

Food banks should be built district-wise in Pakistan with the help of the government.
