What you don't know about Project Dark Savior 12/29/2008 1:27:10 PM For summary, look under Books by E. A. Mourn. This book is the first in a series featuring Detective Elizabeth Wylde. What I have to say is that this book has elements in it that have not been used to date. That is an enourmous statement to me, and why I am so proud of this particular novel. I do love my guys in Deadly Intuition (now the second edition replaces the first), and it is unique as well, but not like Project Dark Savior.
This detective series does a few things that no one has ever done. As a scientist and a ficiton writer, I was able to use real theory, and some sci-fi of course, to write this book. The real theory, let's just say it's about the birds and the Bees (not what you think, but it is true, which will amaze most of you), and the theory on serial killers, and how this is used in this book has not been done. I challenge anyone to dispute me. Read the book and tell me who did this before. You know, it is getting harder to do things that haven't already been done before. The best example is the movie Journey to the Center of the Earth...my God, we are going back pretty far for that one. Jules Verne is a favorite of mine and obvious genius (to me at least). But look at what is coming out, Star Wars is hot again...new ideas are rare, and I have used new ideas to write this book, and the series. Check it out for yourself.
