Life has been pretty busy here at the Beckom household. Olivia, our newborn, is just a treasure and Brittanny just loves to play peek-a-boo and read to her little sister.
Having daughters can be so fun, well, maybe not so much fun for Daddy (or the cats) at times, but still, a lot of fun.
There are times when stress can overwhelm us, including Mommy, but I learned to laugh a long time ago at the crazy things that can happen.
Since some of these crazy times were so funny, I decided to write them down as little snippets here and there over the years. I found that I had so many that I could write a humorous book about the relationship between mother and daughter in the early years.
That book which is entitled "The Mommy Times" was supposed to just be a gift for my Mom, but it is just too cute and funny to keep to myself so it will be available through Lulu very soon. It's going through the late stages of production and this will be my first go at the cover art, so I can't wait for the unveiling of this project.
