Gathering Publicity Ideas 3/24/2009 7:30:40 AM I decided to start a blog where authors could share their ideas and experiences about how to market your book. I think it would be really cool if we could get a good collection of publicity ideas that work. All ideas are welcome. :) I want to start a collect of publicity techniques that have worked for authors for all to use.
Some of the things that have worked for me may not work for all but I will definitely share what I can. As a young adult author, I found that working with the schools has been my best option. I usually donate books to schools and from there get author visits. I try to use websites like authorsden when ever possible.
