Illustrating my characters...

Creating illustrations once again for my third book, I am trying to use the same models as I used in my second book to keep the character likeness. However, using family members, they are not always available when I need them most!
I have also used online photos of particular actors who I feel represent a good likeness to my characters. But once again, you cannot always get an appropriate photo - i.e. position or angle you want. (And red carpet stills are hopelessly formal and stiff.) At the moment, my character Jay is an amalgam of Aidan Turner (Being Human, The Hobbit) and Santiago Cabrera (Lancelot in BBC's Merlin).
