Republicans Continue ...

To attack Health Care Reform
Republican Attorneys General are filing lawsuits to challenge Health Care Reform as unconstitutional.
Several experts in Constitutional Law have already said Republicans are barking up an empty tree and their efforts will be fruitless. They will simply be wasting time and taxpayer money on this frivolous challenge.
Oh, by the way, the individual mandate (as it's called) in question was a Republican idea to begin with and was endorsed by many Republicans, including John McCain. That is until Obama endorsed it. Then they all, suddenly, decided that it was a bad idea.
One more thing ... Obama studied and taught Constitutional Law at the University level. It's ridiculous to think that President Obama would endorse something that's unconstitutional. That was GW Bush's thing.
