Today's the First Day of True Essentials!

OK,
I took the supplements this morning for the first time.
Of course no change yet. ;)
I want to document what's going on now, October 12, 2005...
My damaged leg is killing me. I hurt from my hip to my little toe. It feels like my leg just turns to concrete when I stand. It makes me clumsy. I have to really concentrate on walking so I don't tip over.
I have to go up several steps every day at the school where I work.
I made the mistake of trying to walk up them like a "normal" person today. It's funny how you never think about things like that until you're injured...I had a lightning bolt of pain hit my leg so severely, that I would have fallen if I hadn't had a rail to cling to. I still have to put my good leg down first, feet together, then good leg down again. It's annoying. Though I do remind myself that last year I couldn't get out of bed for a month and wasn't sure that I would EVER walk again-so that puts things back into perspective for me.
I did the daily exercises this morning that my chiropractor ordered. They hurt. I slip a large yellow stretchy band around my ankles, lie on my stomach, and then do leg lifts to the side. That may not sound like much, but believe me,I have to MAKE myself do it more than once. If I didn't believe in Dr. Dedmon so much, I'd refuse to hurt myself like that every day!
Well, last night I spoke to a friend who SWEARS that True Essentials Joint Relief supplements have taken ALL the pain away from his severely damaged knee. I have other friends that are positive that they've taken all the stiffness and soreness from elbows, arms, and necks. I hope I can join the ranks of those painless people!
My chiropractor is going to watch me closely too. He is very interested in how this HA compound in the supplements is going to affect someone with such leg problems.
I'll try to write at least once a week to keep this updated. Maybe daily. That's a hard promise, though. Just being honest.

with HA. The video is awesome-but you have to scroll all the way to the bottom to find it. I would like to change that! It's fascinating. It doesn't mention True Essentials directly, but it DOES expound the virtues of the ingredients in the True Essentials supplements.
