What other odd things are up?
You never know what I may be talking about at

I'm usually discussing parents or parenting.
My most recent post there is on the phenomenon of helicopter parents, those who hover in their children's lives well into adulthood. Some even go so far as to call their children's employers and complain that their children are being treated unfairly at work.
Do you know anyone who does this?
In my brick and mortar life I've been covering local politics, school board elections, tax reform, stuff that puts people to sleep until it's their dollars under attack.
