A Home for my heart

My new house sits like a tiny pearl in a ring of green emerald grass. It stirs my heart to see it. It provides my many children a place to shout and play under the watchful eye of gramma.
The gardens are slowly growing and being added to everyday as friends and neighbors share their bounty and as nature provides sun and soil and grudgingly the occasional rain.
The contentment in my heart is real and feels a lot like love.
I sit in its ring of green and smile. This is real living, despite the hard work, despite the money spent, this is mine, this is life in all its glory!
