what's been happening
well, I hate to admit that my laptop went kaflooy and I lost all the information about the second book I was doing. I usually back everything up on a removabal USB drive but didn't because I thought the machine was in tip top shape. HA! never assume a computer will work. Anyway, I am back and running now only I am confined to my desktop machine for the present. The second book in the Chronicles is going well and, as usual, has taken a turn I didn't expect. I don't know what it is about my characters; they seem to have a will of their own and often dictate the plot line and I have NO IDEA where it is going till I get there. Must be my other personality writing this one LOL. It promises to be filled with action and adventure as well as with information that has hithertoo been difficult to access. I love integrating strange information into my stories. It seems to make things more "real". Book One is still selling well and got great reviews in Romantic Times Book Reviews as well as mystery magazines and some websites. I am pleased, especially since so many publishers phoo phooed this whole concept when I pitched it.
