MY STOMACH WAS ABOUT TO EXPOLODE AFTER WATCHING ANOTHER HORRIBLE MOVIE LAST NIGHT OR WAS IT THE PIZZA?
UGGGGG I think I may actually lay off pizza for the rest of my earthly bound years or at least for a few months. I know I know I know I'm into health food and all that but my legs and stomach get so weak when I saw that big slice of greasy pepperoni pizza at the new fangled Landmark Theater located at Pico and Westwood to watch that great Academy Award Winner 'Promotion' (I'll talk about that stinker later).
Anyways soon after the movie ended and I was driving home with Biff my stomach started to hurt like something crazy. Just a sharp burning sensation. My stomach hurt so bad that as soon as I got back to my apartment I drank a whole gallon of Pepto Bismal. My stomach was aching so much that in addition to the Pepto Bismal I drank several gallons of water to put the 'fire' out in my stomach. My stomach burned so much that I can't believe I actually had a dream last night considering I only had about 5 minutes of sleep. Of course it was a dream in which I complained to all my heavenly friends and creatures and fairies that my stomach hurt. My stomach burned so much that if you could like connect an 'umbilical chord' from my stomach to the gas tank in my truck I could have driven all over LA and not worry about these horrible fuel costs. My stomach burned so much that I finally called my alien friend Alocki who's smarter and a lot cheaper (how about free?) than any Earthling doctor at 2 AM and she came a little sleepy like but was nice enough to give me a 'full body' scan and some kind of pill and told me it was just 'acid indigetion' caused by the pizza. Of course a few minutes later my stomach felt great and I was able to go to sleep. That Alocki, what an amazing person. No more high cholesterol high fat greasy full of acid pizza for me....at least for a month or so.
By the way I just saw 'Hillary's concession speech' and that all the Democrats should vote for Obama and guess what? My stomach started bothering me again.
I can't believe all these people who are into 'Adult Dating sites' as opposed to joining a nice church group and putting a little effort into finding the right person. I believe finding a good relationship is like going out and buying stuff. You want to get something nice you save a few bucks and go to Bloomingdale's or Saks. You wanna get something cheap there's always the five and dime store.
I trulytrulytrulytrulytrulytruly cannot believe that anyone would shell out 56 grand TO WATCH A BASKETBALL GAME. That's the actual cost of a high end courtside seat at the Staples Center to watch a Lakers/Celtics championship game. 56000 dollars? You could buy nearly 14000 gallons of gas for 56 grand even at today's outragrous prices. For 56 grand You could see a lousy new millenium movie every night at a first rate theater for like 5 or 6 years in a row plus add movie junk food and a soda. I'm even factoring in inflation and when tickets will run around 20 bucks (which will be pretty soon out here in LA). You could 'donate' like over a hundred brand new Dell laptops to inner city schools or kid's programs. You could 'donate' 56 grand to the struggling actress/waitress fund and help struggling/.waitresses like me survive at least another year or two out here in expensive LA LA land.
What's even worse Jack and Dyan who's at so many Laker games they should put statues of them outside Staples Center and even 'poor' Laker fans like Marcus and Biff, spending 56 grand looks really bad when YOUR TEAM GETS BEAT. Judging how bad the Lakers looked agsint the Celts the first game rich Laker fans WOULD DO A LOT BETTER GOING TO SANTA ANITA AND BETTING THE 56 GRAND ON BIG BROWN WINNING TODAY'S BELMONT AND TRIPLE CROWN. I'm sorry I'm a big Bulls fan but I wouldn't spend 2 cents to watch these current Bulls much less 56 grand.
You could almost buy a couple of brand new Toyota 'Priuses' for 56 grand and make yourself go 'green' and save on expensive gas. Isn't it interesting that the so called Double Os 'Green movement' is occuring at the same time as we have soaring fuel prices? Kind of wonder who is behind that.
Speaking of sports the Cubs have the best record in baseball but they are the Cubs and I'm crossing my fingers. I and a few Cub fans went Dodger Stadium to watch the Cubs beat the Dodgers thursday but of course they got beat yesterday.
Digging and using up our precious petroleum resources which is now close to 150 bucks a barrel when we have all this plentiful 'methane gas' here becaue of all the animals and people and trash everywhere, doesn't make a lot of sense.
Sad passing. Mr 'Wide World of Sports and Mr Olympics,' Jim McKay, just left us....
As I said before you people want to go green and save money on these outrageous gas prices and lose a little weight THEN USE THOSE TWO LEGS UNDERNEATH YOUR BODY AND WALK EVERYWHERE.
Stinko Double Os better to save your money and watch paint dry movie of the week, 'The Promotion' starring John C Riley and 'American Pie's' Sean William Scott. I was really excited when I saw the writeup in the local rag about two Chicago supermarket employees competing against each other to be Store Manager becaue it just seemed interesting. So Biff and I drove to the Landmark in West LA to see it becaue that's the only place in the entire LA area where it was shown. After throwing 23 hard earned bucks away for food and entertainment after seeing this corny movie with it's corny dialogue I think I'd rather see 'American Pie' 1 2 3 4 or 50 before I'd see 'The Promotion' again. Actually what I should have done is go up and down those neat escalators at this new Landmark. Far more entertaining than this silly movie. More than enouugh thoughts for now.
