Two Deaths...

This happened to a friends cousin
There are two deaths according to the Bible
John 8:51--- I John 5:16-17---Revelations 20:6
Jesus said those who know Him will not see death
he was speaking about death of the soul we will
all see the first death of the body in passing,
but the second death of the soul, comes after the
judgement to those who don't believe
It makes it hard when believers love non-believers

She loved him so very much
worried for his soul, he didn't
believe as she, so it was her goal
get him to understand before it
was too late,Creator had the only
plan that would seal his fate
He was a good and moral man, but
in God did not believe, if she quoted
bible, he'd hold her hand tell her
not to grieve,she worried that his dark side
would overwhelm the light, wicked moods
he could not hide, gave her fright
No one had ever loved her so deeply before
they made such complete passionate love
they couldn't ask for more, they were
joined in other ways with deep respect ,in fact
only when his moods turned black did she fear
and his refusal to know God, gave her a scare
When she explained the two deaths,he gave
her a look that could kill, so she had to be still
until one evening she had a bad feeling, he was
in one of his moods going out for a drive that
required he be alone to just zone out, she
warned him not to go, full of dread, when
the phone call came no surprise he was dead
She had begged him not to go,he wouldn't listen
the drunken driver that killed him lived to tell of it, her days riddled with despair missing him so she couldn't bear to think of where, he could go would the second death claim him as foretold, it broke her heart that she couldn't reach his soul
