What We Allow Ourselves To See

Let It Be!
To me this is a blessed season. Whatever others feel
is their right and I wish everyone all the best. I can only
speak for myself and how I feel. There are so many
positive things in this negative world, we just have to
recognize them when they happen. I'm a lover of all
nature. I love the mountains. One of my favorite places is
Lake Tahoe, the beauty always astounds me.
I also like going to Donner mountains (much closer to
me) to see the snow. Where I am(near Sacramento) we
don't get snow. I love to see it when it has just fallen in all
of its pristine beauty. I wrote the following lines below
after walking in the first snowfall of the season before
anyone else had by the cabin we were in at the time.
I want to wish everyone who reads me a A Merry
Christmas and Happy Holy New Year! For all the others
A Happy Holiday Season, May the festive beauty that
surrounds us at this time be appreciated and enjoyed by all!

I tred upon diamonds in pristine beauty
Where no one had stepped before me
In a winter wonderland fresh with snow
All was hushed under moonlights glow
The canopy of star spangled light
Caused the heart to beat with delight
In this moment of time so fresh and new
I felt blessed to take part in natures dew
Everything so crisp clear and bright
I was captured in the spell of silent night
