The time switch has me going wild!

The time change has me going bonkers!
Type or Paste your work here... Ever since we changed time here in the Central time zone on October 26th, 2003, I have been going batty! I arise at 6am-6:30am and then at 7:30pm I feel as if it is 9-10pm! AGHHH!!!! Help! What is going on? Is it because it is so dark outside? I believe that is the only answer for the problem.
It has only been a few days since the time change so I shall give it more time before I decide anything rash.
