Feeling the Connection

Everything, and everyone, is connected ...
Have you ever watched the clouds as they move across the sky, magically creating, slowly morphing into recognizable objects? Have you ever watched a line of ants, marching about on their tiny missions? Have you ever sat on a park bench and watched as a child talked to and fed the squirrels? Have you ever walked in the rain and listened to the drops as they fall on your umbrella? Have you ever walked on a beach in your bare feet and marveled at how the sand felt between your toes?
Life is so beautiful! Everything we are, everything we see, everything we touch, is all a part of us. We are all, connected to everything and everyone else in the universe. Even the thoughts we think and all of our emotions come from somewhere out there, something that's so much larger than we can even imagine! Everything is just as it's supposed to be.
When you're in bed at night, just before drifting off to sleep, you'll find yourself in the silence. It's that place where all thoughts have quieted, you have no conscious awareness of your body, and there is a sense of floating. That is the silence. You have found your center. Open your heart and sense the love we came from and its infinite peace. Feel the flowing energy that we are all a part of. You are feeling the universe and that's what makes life so beautiful. Can you feel the connection?
