Another Year coming to a close.

Well, here we are in December. I turned the big 4o this week and found myself reflecting on life. Yikes, why do we do that?
I can't complain. I've had my share of excitement and adventure. I'm proud of my accomplishments. A career in auto racing that led me to my husband of 18 years, three kids that keep me young,my own business and now my writing career. And hopefully many more years to reach out and grab on to anything that passes by.
I've met some wonderful authors this past year, heard from people I don't know that like my books, (I love that part) and made some new friends.
If there's one thing I've learned over the years it's try something new. Life is entirely too short to sit back and convince yourself that you can't do it. BAH! You can do anything you put your mind to. And, if you want it bad enough,you'd be surprised how far you can go with a little hard work.
The mind is a powerful thing, it can hold you back, or it can propel you forward. You just have to make up your mind to do it. Dream big, dream often and dream about the wild, crazy things you want to do. You may not get to all of them but you will get to some. Don't hold yourself back!
Okay, enough of my preaching. I just want to say thank you to all my readers and all those that gave me a shot in the publishing world.
Hopefully next year will be even more grand! With at least another two books due to release it's looking good!
