JUST FINISHED THE LASTEST REWRITE

I finally finished my current rewrite for the paranormal romance manuscript I've been writing on/off (but mostly off :-D) for about six years. Now starts the process of entering all the changes in WORD. Even though I have published a children's book, and have completed manuscripts for two more; I find it quite a different matter to tighted up the same for this genre. Every time I get involved with another re-read/re-editing/re-write I find more paragraphs which truly don't add anything to the story line or in flow as one reads it.
You can have a GREAT GREAT STORY LINE, but if there's a problem with the manuscript -- it becomes a NO GO in getting it published. NEAR PERFECTION or better yet TOTAL PERFECTION is what is need to succeed!!! So its making to the drawing board to get it RIGHT!!!
