EXTEND A HAND OF HOPE

It is time to help others
The problems in the world today prove we need to help each other. It is time to get our minds off ourselves and begin lending a helping hand. The despair and hopelessness is spreading like a disease that is infecting many households around the world. This disease thrives on despair, worry, negativity and stress. We can no longer allow this virus to dominate our emotions and feelings; we cannot allow it to guide and lead our lives. Stop watching the news and begin concentrating on the positives in your life; begin the process of opening your heart and helping another human being. We all get caught up in our lives, its understandable, but maybe what is happening today is the awakening we need. We've been consuming for our own personal gains for so long, but now is the moment to realize life is not just about whats in it for me, it should be how can i help you my friend or lean on me and i will relieve your burdens.
Let's start caring about people and extend a hand of hope to bring peace, joy and love into their lives.
