At the Summit Today

At the Success Summit Today- I had a comment from a listener that moved me to tears.
I just held the kick off call of my Summer Success Summit (http://www.lifeisjoyful.org/telesummit.html) where I am bringing together ten success experts over two weeks to give some of the best success ideas on the planet.
Today, my guest was Nancy Farris, and we were talking about Empowerment. The presentation was amazing and packed full of great information. Towards the end, we took questions and comments from callers. One particular attendee starting sharing and I knew immediately who she was- we had a free life coaching session a few weeks ago and I had been thinking about her on and off. She was going through a very difficult time in her life- a situation that would have many people just giving up. She shared a personal triumph on the Success Summit call and I immediately burst into tears. I was so happy for her and so relieved.
So why am I telling you this story (of course the names are anonymous)? I am telling you this because we never know for sure what kind of impact we have- a comment, a kind gesture, a thoughtful response- all of these make a difference, but we seldom get to hear about it later.
Let's take another step and draw the conclusion that there must be tons of people that never get to share a positive outcome. There are tons of people who are impacted positively by each of us sharing our hearts. I encourage you to just know in your heart that every kind thing you have ever done has had a positive impact with someone, somewhere. Know that you make a difference (Talk about empowerment).
