Making Moments
count for days and
months and years
and lives.
Paying attention to the moment happening before you keeps disappointment at bay . . . because, instead of touching expectation's or retrospection's cheeks, you are watching the life form's lips move. And if there is any life form around, lips are moving, even the 'breeze in the trees.'
Noticing and studying the content of the moment - good or bad - is living. Something is happening; and, by noticing, you are part of that. You are a life form of awareness and responsiveness; and, as you respond, you experience life and most often grow. Think about it. ~~ djl
